What's in my make-up bag?

This slightly dirty and grubby Longchamp bag houses all my make-up I use on a day to day basis. I have a few other make-up bags containing all my other make-up bits and bobs and all my lipsticks live in my plastic lipstick trays.

MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation SPF 15 in NC15
This has been a staple in my make-up bag for over a year now. I usually use NC20 but last time I went to stock up MAC were sold out and since it was winter I settled on NC15 instead. This tube is almost finished and I will be switching back to NC20 for summer time. I like the coverage it gives, not to heavy, not to light and it's a pretty good match for my skin tone.

Rouge Bunny Rouge Primer in Metamorphoses
I purchased this just before Christmas time as the Rouge Bunny Rouge counter had a sale on, I needed a primer and this one was half price. As far as primers go, I really don't notice a big difference when I use this one. It doesn't have a patch on my primer of choice which is the POREfessional from Benefit. This is definitely not a repurchase and I will be on the lookout for a new primer soon.

Benefit Erase Paste in No.2
I was using boi-ing for ages and then last Christmas I looked at all the holiday photos and in every one I had two shining white streaks right under my eyes! Not a cool look! I quickly ran to my nearest Benefit counter and switched to Erase Paste instead which I find much better. I unfortunately always suffer from black circles under my eyes (it's hereditary) and always need to use a concealer. I find Erase Paste does a great job of covering up my dark circles and blends easily into the skin.

 Dior Show Mascara in Black
I currently only use mascara on my lower lashes due to my eyelash extensions on my upper lashes but this mascara always makes my lashes look full and thick. My mum swears by this mascara as well.

MAC Prep and Prime Transparent Finishing Power
I always like to use a powder to set my make-up and stop all my foundation slipping off in the Dubai heat. This blends perfectly into the skin, setting my make-up for the whole day and leaving a soft silky finish.

Benefit  Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow/liner in Birthday Suit and Tattle Tale
These are perfect everyday shades and glide on pretty effortlessly. As you can see Tattle Tale is my particular favourite and I use it as a base of other eyeshadows as well.

MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack
The perfect eyeliner is my opinion. It never smudges, goes on smooth, leaves a nice thick line and it's a lovely bold black. At first I was a bit apprehensive about switching from a typical liquid eyeliner in a tube to this but I bought a MAC 210 eyeliner brush and found it was a piece of cake. If you haven't tried it your missing out.

Clarins Crayon Khol in 01 Extreme Black
I got this eyeliner free from a Clarins counter in New York as my mum purchased quite a few things and the staff were very lovely and friendly and popped in a few samples for my sister and I to try. I really like this black eyeliner. It goes on smoothly and easily and is pretty long lasting.

Lush Mint Julips Lip Scrub
Helps flake away all my horrible dead, dry skin on my lips. Perfect for buffing up my lips before applying my lipstick.

Benefit Coralista Blush
I love this colour. I love the smell. It's the perfect colour for me. Just a soft sweep and gives your skin a lovely healthy glow. All my other blushes have been completely ignored since this came into my life which was quite a while ago. It's almost finished now and I'm thinking about moving on and trying something new just to shake it up a wee bit.

What are your make-up staples?
