Recent Purchases

Peace Earrings- Miss Selfridge
Got these little dazzlers on sale for 15 dhs (£2.60)

Bird Print Dress- Dorothy Perkins
Picked this up on sale too for 150 dhs (£25.00)

Black Studded Top- Zara
I got a gift voucher for Zara for my birthday and it's not actually somewhere I really shop but I was really impressed with the current stock they had and picked this up for 145 dhs (£ 24.00)

Printed Shirt with Gold Stud on Collar- Zara
They had so many beautiful shirts in Zara and I tried several on, just to remember why I don't really shop in there. Every single shirt was too tight across the chest! If you are bigger than a C cup you have no chance at all (if you are a C cup, I still think you would be struggling with those popping buttons!). I still picked this one up as I had the voucher to spend and plan to wear it quite open with a blank tank top underneath it but if that doesn't work it will have to go back. This shirt cost me 195 dhs (£33.50).

I was really impressed with the clothing in Zara and easily would of bought more but I found the sizing to be odd and was totally gutted when the majority of clothes I tried on just didn't fit across the chest.  I have 30 days to return the shirt so I'm gonna try and make it work tomorrow and see how it goes.
Are there any clothing stores where you find the sizing a little crazy?

OOTD- 50 Shades Of Grey

Dress: Miss Selfridge
Leggings: M & S
Brooch: Vivienne Westwood
Bag: Paul's Boutique
Watch: Juicy Couture
Shoes: Vivienne Westwood for Melissa
Earrings: Forever 21

This dress probably isn't the most flattering on me because I'm naturally very 'hippy' anyway and this dress just accentuates it but I really loved the bow around the neckline and it was on sale (this is my excuse for everything!).
Hope you guys enjoy!

Birthday Blues

It is the depressing fact that it is my birthday in 2 weeks time. I was always really big on birthdays until last year when I turned 25 and realised I ain't getting any younger. So to try and cheer myself up I am on the hunt for the perfect birthday gift to buy myself. The contenders are:
Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. Yes, yes I must be the only person in the world who does not have one of these and I am starting to feel I am missing out. I am a big fan of Urban Decay eyeshadows and have always been impressed with the previous palettes I have bought from them. The only reason I haven't run out and bought it yet is that there is not a counter near me and also I am more just a flick of eyeliner girl.

Jeffery Campbell Blyke Stud in Nude Suede. Currently sold out but I'm on the list for an email when they are back in stock. I already have a pair of Litas in grey and a pair of Night Walk shoes in black. I LOVELOVELOVE my JC shoes and these would be a perfect addition to my small but growing collection.
I spotted this cute yellow dress in Miss Selfridge yesterday. This photo makes it look like a horrible insipid shade of yellow but it's really more of a soft lemon colour with beautiful collar detailing. I am a sucker for anything with a collar.
The Cambridge Satchel is something I have had my eye on for a while. This lilac metallic colour is gorgeous and as previously mentioned I have a serious crush on lilac right now.

The Urban Decay palette is obviously the most affordable out of the above items so I will probably plump for that. I might have to be cheeky and see if I can get my mum to buy me the dress :p
